This can be done as you're getting started or whenever you have treatment-related questions. The process is simple and convenient, using a HIPAA-compliant, interactive form that doesn't require a scheduled meeting. Just fill in the relevant fields, and you can expect a response within 48 hours. You'll receive a link to the reply form by email and can continue to ask questions as needed using the same form.

Please do not complete the consultation request form if the patient has any of the following:

• Hepatitis B

• Uncompensated cirrhosis

• Hepatocellular carcinoma

• Renal disease
