Terry Kemp Knick is a Clinical Research Manager with HEPC. Her clinical career began with an Associate Degree RN in 2004 practicing in inpatient hospital and emergency room settings. After obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and AACN certification in Professional Development, she continued on to earn a Master’s of Public Health through UVA in 2015 and a Doctorate of Public Health at Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine at Tulane University in 2025.

“My education and professional experience allow me to combine my compassion for others with teaching and research to bring equity in care to a larger population. Seeing patients from across the state gain access to treatment for hepatitis C, and decreasing the stigmas associated with common risk factors is a team effort with great rewards.”
